The most popular names of our Librio heroes in 2025
Every year, people eagerly await the official baby name lists from government registries. But at Librio, we have our own special little statistics. We’ve crunched the numbers to see which names appeared most frequently on the covers of our personalized books in 2025.
Which children are enjoying the most adventures in our stories? And who is hiding inside our search-and-find books? Here are the first names chosen most often for our books in the UK, the USA, and Australia in 2025.
United Kingdom: Floral favourites and timeless classics
In the UK, our customers seem to love names that are rooted in nature or have a touch of royal history.
For the girls, Olivia takes the crown at number 1, followed closely by Lily and Isla. It’s also lovely to see a “garden” of names blooming in the top 10, with Ivy, Poppy, and Florence proving that vintage charm is very much in style.
For the boys, Theo is the leader of the pack for 2025. Following him are strong, traditional names like Arthur and George – names that sound like they belong in a storybook already! Freddie and Archie bring a bit of cheeky fun to the list.
Here is the complete Top 10 for the UK:
USA: Short, sweet, and spirited
Across the pond, American parents are loving names that are short, punchy, and full of energy.
Olivia reigns supreme here too (a true global trend!), but the runner-up is Ellie, showing a love for cute, nickname-style names. Amelia and Emma remain strong favorites, proving that classic elegance never goes out of fashion in the States.
For the boys, Liam is the undisputed champion of 2025. He is followed by Noah and Oliver. A clear trend in the US is names ending in distinct sounds like Leo, Theo, and Luca, while sturdy classics like Jack and Henry round out the list nicely.

Australia: Sun-soaked names and vowel endings
Down Under, the trends are similar, but with a unique Aussie twist.
For the girls, Olivia makes it a hat-trick – she is number 1 in Australia as well! However, we see some beautiful distinct entries here, like Ophelia making it into the top 10, and Evie showing the Aussie love for names ending in vowels.
For the boys, Noah takes the gold medal. The Australian list is full of friendly, open-sounding names. Leo, Theo, Luca, and Archie are popular, but we also see Harvey and Max making a splash. It seems Australian parents love names that sound ready for an adventure.
