Current status:
For almost all orders, we are able to produce and deliver with no interruptions.
Please see the latest update below for specifics regarding national postal services.

Hello everyone,

With so much uncertainty surrounding every aspect of daily life in a world dominated by the C-word, we created this post to give you updates into how Librio is affected.

We will update it with any important information regarding our service and hope very much that regular life for citizens around the world will be able to continue as unaffected as possible.

Your Librio Team

Update 28th May, 11:00 CET

As in previous updates, our production is taking place without interruptions.

UK: For about 5% of our orders in the UK, we are seeing delays of 2-3 days, but our packages are arriving safe and sound once Royal Mail sorts through the volume.

International: We are seeing some delays at customs for orders outside the EU, so please allow an extra few days for your package to arrive.

Many thanks for your patience if you have been affected by delays and we hope you're staying safe and well.

Update 29th April, 14:00 CET

We are seeing some packages having difficulty arriving in Ireland ?? on time due to a large influx of parcels into the country and lower staffing levels due to Coronavirus. The parcels will arrive in due course, but our carriers recommend choosing Tracked shipping at checkout to get your package prioritised in the queue.

Update 27 April, 12:00 CET

Production: Our wonderful printers have kept our production up during this time, so we are still producing our books with no interruptions.

National postage: In almost all cases, packages are being delivered in-country (UK, DE, CH) with no interruptions. However, we have seen a few instances where packages have been delayed by a day or two.

International postage: For all countries other than UK, DE and CH, we have seen some postage delays resulting in packages taking a couple of days longer than expected to arrive, so please do factor that in when placing your order.

Update 16 April, 10:00 CET

Just a quick update to let you know that our printers are still operating at full capacity and we can hopefully see the light at the end of the tunnel as European countries begin to look to life without lockdown.

Wishing you all a safe and positive time with your loved ones.

Update 31 March, 11:00 CET

Our printers are all reporting fit, happy, healthy teams who are working in alternating shifts and maintaining high sanitary standards to ensure they can stay open for business.

They're grateful for every book which comes through their doors to keep them busy and focussed during this uncertain time. Thank you to our wonderful partners for keeping the lights on.

Update 24th March, 13:00 CET

The stricter measures announced in the UK yesterday will not affect our print partners, so all orders continue to processed as usual.

Update 23rd March, 15:00 CET

We've checked in with our printers and everyone is still going strong, so our systems are still all on green.

Wishing you all a wonderful week.

Update 17th March, 15:00 CET

In spite of tougher restrictions on private movements across Europe, our printers in the UK, Germany and Switzerland are all producing our books as usual and postal services are running a normal service.

Update 13th March, 16.40 CET

Librio is a small team and we are already working remotely, so we will always be available, should you have any questions.

We are in constant contact with our print and logistics partners, who are taking every necessary precaution to ensure that your order will be created and dispatched as usual.

Should the situation change, we will post any updates here and on our blog.

We wish you all a safe and peaceful passage through this strange time.
