The Beginning
1 minute readEveryone knows startup founders have loads of time on their hands. Just like everyone knows parents of two children have loads of time on their hands. In fact, the two multiply each other and leave you with way more time on your hands than you know what to do with. So I’m going to write a blog about Librio.
I Tried To Say This In 140 Chars But Then…
I’m going to write a blog not only because it’s all the rage to meticulously chart a company’s progress following the amazing Startup podcast’s success (I consumed the show while persuading myself to commit to Librio, thank you Alex Blumberg), but I’ve also realised there’s more to be said about this journey than can fit in a tweet or a Facebook post.
Should You Be Reading This?
So, welcome, Reader, to the Librio blog. In it, I’ll share insights into life as an embryonic company, the tough decisions we need to make, sneak peeks of artwork, the values which make up our Mission (ugh, what a word), our struggles, our victories and our dragons. Nick’s called one of them Flint. We didn’t even have a meeting about that, he just went ahead and called him Flint. See? Struggles.
If that sounds interesting, you should be reading this. If it doesn’t, come back later and maybe something takes your fancy.
I hope it does and you’ll join me. I’ll try and keep it informative, interesting and entertaining.
You can follow Librio on Facebook or Twitter (or both) and I’ll ping there whenever there’s an update.
